Devin Bates is a trial lawyer with experience in complex litigation including constitutional litigation, business matters, intellectual property disputes, and products liability actions. Many of his cases involve technology and unfair competition. He also serves as outside general counsel for several businesses, schools, and organizations, and in this capacity counsels clients through evolving issues, including those created by new technologies. He is a frequent writer and speaker on the topic of generative AI, and serves on the Arkansas Bar Association’s task force on Artificial Intelligence.
